Our lovely team provides a range of services to help keep your pet healthy and happy. Scroll down to find out more.
We’re proud to be part of the VetPartners veterinary group, our respected, like-minded network of vets and vet nurses from around the country. Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations for dogs, cats and other small animals, plus boosters and starter courses for new and rehomed pets.

Neutering
Castration and spaying for your pet, as well as advice on when and why to perform them.

Microchipping
Legally required for dogs over eight weeks old, and cats over 20 weeks from June 2024. We can also microchip other species.

Flea, tick and worm treatment
We can advise on the best products and routines to keep your pet healthy, happy and free from pests.

Pet travel
Travel advice, documentation and preparation to help you and your pet to travel safely and without difficulty.

Dental care
We can offer advice on optimal dental hygiene, as well as procedures if and when action is necessary.

Consultations
Call us to book an appointment. While waiting, we ask that all dogs wear a collar and lead and that all cats are in baskets.

Nurse clinics
Our friendly vet nurses can advise on topics such as dental care, feeding, flea and worm treatments and weight management.

Prescriptions
You can order prescriptions by phone. Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice and that your pet will need a prescription review at least every three month

Pet insurance advice
Our friendly team are happy to provide general advice about pet insurance policies. Get in touch to learn more.

Laparoscopic spays
We offer laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, a minimally invasive option for several procedures, at our Stokesley branch.

End of life
We know how difficult it is to lose a pet, and are here to help you through the process with compassion and understanding.
Exciting New Service from Clevedale Vets! Nursing Clinics in the Comfort of Your Own Home!
We’re pleased to introduce a new service at Clevedale Vets — District Veterinary Nursing (DVN), providing nurse-led appointments in your own home.

This service is ideal for pets who find car journeys or the waiting room stressful, and for owners who’d prefer the convenience of a home visit.
When is the service available?
- Every Wednesday (weekly)
- Starting week commencing 16th March 2026
- Appointments run 9:00am – 5:00pm
Where do we cover?
Home visits are available within a 5 mile radius of our Upleatham branch, including:
Moorsholm, Pinchinthorpe, Redcar, Saltburn, Skinningrove and surrounding areas within this radius.
What services are available at home?
Our nurse-led home visits can include:
- Anal gland expression
- Nail clipping
- Second vaccinations (puppies/kittens and dogs/cats)
- Injectable treatments: Librela, Cytopoint, Solensia, Artuvetrin
- Dressing changes
- Medication administration
- Post-operative checks
- Weight clinics
Please note: this service is available to registered Clevedale Vets clients only.
Fees
- Home visit + time: £25 per household
- Any treatments carried out (e.g. nail clip, anal glands etc.) are charged at our usual practice prices in addition to the visit fee.
Example: £25 home visit + nail clip fee.
Booking information
Appointments are booked in 30-minute slots, with travel time built in between visits.
