Middleham Lameness Clinic - Services  

Our Middleham lameness clinic opened in March 2012 to improve the service we offer to our clients in the Middleham area. In addition it provides a cost effective second opinion service to mixed practice vets in the surrounding region. The vast majority of lameness cases can be ‘solved’ with experience, good clinical technique,   X-rays and ultrasound; services that our Middleham clinic delivers every Friday. Second opinions are seen in full consultation with your own veterinary surgeon, and a written report is provided in each case.

The demand for our veterinary input in Middleham has increased considerably over the last year, such that we have extended the range of services that we offer. Dr Phil Dyson is in Middleham every Friday, no visit fee is charged,  and he is happy to consult on any case  We are now delighted to be involved in all aspects of racehorse health care, please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

In line with this increasing demand, has been the need for us to provide a local and cost effective emergency service.  We are pleased to have developed a working alliance with the local Forest House Vet Group. Cases needing immediate attention will be attended by Forest House in the first instance. Clevedale veterinary practice will then provide further back up as necessary.
